Imagine waking up knowing your breakfast is freshly prepared and already on its way to your home, and you didn't have to lift a finger? All you've ever dreamed of can now be found in just one place: My Deli Market.
After 4 years of development, the dream has finally come true!
Founder Anselmo Endlich, passionate connoisseur of food and wine, has worked for 20 years in the market and was the co-founder of one of the largest wine e-commerce in the world. Creating a new shopping concept was his solution to provide our neighborhood with a level of convenience that simply does not exist today, one where you can enjoy a ready-to-eat meal that still maintains that feeling of homemade cooking.
"I'm passionate about Culinary, Arts, Wine, Tech, Behavioral Science and of course my wife, 2 kids and my dog."
"I'm proactive, detail-oriented, organized, a dedicated mother, wife, businesswoman and I try to keep everything in balance by practicing yoga and enjoying a good wine."
"I enjoy time with my family, going to the beach, traveling, and learning about new cultures, especially their distinct gastronomy."
"My experience teaching and baking in other countries and in different locations in the US has given me a true idea of world-wide culinary trends and styles that may vary from ours here, in the United States, which offers our students a well-rounded educational experience. I am pleased to be part of the MDM team."
Founder Anselmo Endlich, passionate connoisseur of food and wine, has worked for 20 years in the market and was the co-founder of the largest wine e-commerce in Latin America.
After a sabbatical year in Miami, he came to realize - by watching his own routine - how much time and organization skills go into deciding what we are going to eat on a daily basis.
Anselmo took on the mission to find the solution to this pervasive food dilemma, one that would be built upon the importance of homemade food, the kind that brings comfort and tastes like real food.
